WFSRI and the SEC Evaluation Framework

 

 

 

WFSRI의 평가철학과 이론적 기반을 실제 기업·공공기관 및 기타 조직의 책임경영 평가에 적용하기 위해서는 이를 구체적인 평가방법과 평가구조로 구현하는 과정이 필요하다. 책임경영에 관한 철학과 가치가 실제 평가로 이어지기 위해서는 무엇을 평가하고, 어떠한 자료와 근거를 바탕으로 판단하며, 평가결과를 어떻게 종합할 것인지에 관한 체계적인 방법론과 평가체계가 필요하기 때문이다.

 

Applying the Evaluation Philosophy and theoretical foundations of the WFSRI to the actual Responsible Management evaluation of corporations, public institutions, and other organizations requires their implementation through concrete evaluation methods and structures. For the philosophy and values of Responsible Management to lead to actual evaluation, a systematic methodology and framework are necessary to determine what is evaluated, what data and evidence support evaluation judgments, and how evaluation results are integrated.

 

SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)는 세계청년리더총연맹(WORLD FEDERATION OF POWER LEADERS, WFPL)이 확립한 WFSRI 연구성과를 토대로 SEC 평가방법론(SEC Evaluation Methodology)과 SEC 평가체계(SEC Evaluation Framework)를 수립·운영하고 지속적으로 고도화한다.

 

SEC (Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission) establishes, operates, and continuously advances the SEC Evaluation Methodology and SEC Evaluation Framework based on the WFSRI research outcomes established by the WORLD FEDERATION OF POWER LEADERS (WFPL).

 

 

 

Ⅰ. WFSRI와 SEC 평가체계의 구분

I. Distinction between the WFSRI and the SEC Evaluation Framework

 

 

WFSRI는 SEC 평가체계 자체를 의미하지 않는다. 또한 개별 평가지표의 단순한 합계나 특정 평가영역의 점수를 의미하지도 않는다.

 

The WFSRI does not refer to the SEC Evaluation Framework itself. Nor does it represent a simple sum of individual Evaluation Indicators or a score for a particular evaluation area.

 

SEC 평가체계는 WFSRI의 평가철학과 연구성과를 실제 책임경영 평가에 구현하기 위하여 평가영역과 평가항목 및 평가지표를 체계적으로 구성한 평가구조이다.

 

The SEC Evaluation Framework is the structured evaluation architecture through which the Evaluation Philosophy and research outcomes of the WFSRI are implemented in actual Responsible Management evaluation by systematically organizing evaluation areas, evaluation items, and Evaluation Indicators.

 

WFSRI는 이러한 평가체계와 평가방법론을 통해 도출된 책임경영 평가결과를 종합적으로 반영하여 조직의 책임경영을 하나의 통합된 관점에서 나타내는 종합평가지수이다.

 

The WFSRI is a Comprehensive Evaluation Index that integrates Responsible Management evaluation results derived through this Evaluation Framework and Evaluation Methodology and presents organizational Responsible Management from an integrated perspective.

 

 

 

Ⅱ. WFSRI 연구성과와 SEC 평가방법론

II. WFSRI Research Outcomes and the SEC Evaluation Methodology

 

 

WFSRI 연구성과는 책임경영을 어떠한 관점에서 이해하고 평가할 것인지에 관한 철학적·이론적 기반을 제공한다.

 

The WFSRI research outcomes provide the philosophical and theoretical foundation for understanding how Responsible Management should be viewed and evaluated.

 

SEC 평가방법론은 이러한 기반을 실제 평가에 적용하기 위한 평가방법과 판단의 체계를 구성한다. 평가자료와 근거를 바탕으로 정량적·정성적 요소를 검토하고, 필요한 검증과 전문적 판단을 통해 조직의 책임경영을 체계적으로 평가할 수 있도록 한다.

 

The SEC Evaluation Methodology establishes the methods and judgment framework for applying this foundation to actual evaluation. It enables systematic evaluation of organizational Responsible Management through the review of quantitative and qualitative factors based on evaluation data and evidence, together with necessary verification and professional judgment.

 

SEC 평가방법론의 구체적인 평가기법, 판단기준, 점수·배점 및 가중치, 산출방식과 내부 검증기준 등은 평가의 독립성·공정성·객관성 및 신뢰성을 확보하기 위하여 필요한 범위에서 관리한다.

 

Specific evaluation techniques, judgment criteria, scores and point allocations, weights, calculation methods, and internal verification standards within the SEC Evaluation Methodology are managed to the extent necessary to safeguard the Independence, Fairness, Objectivity, and Reliability of Evaluation.

III. WFSRI Research Outcomes and the SEC Evaluation Framework

 

 

SEC 평가체계는 WFSRI의 평가철학과 이론적 기반을 조직의 실제 책임경영 활동과 성과에 적용할 수 있도록 구조화한다.

 

The SEC Evaluation Framework structures the Evaluation Philosophy and theoretical foundations of the WFSRI so that they can be applied to actual organizational Responsible Management activities and performance.

 

SEC 평가지표 체계(SEC Indicator System)는 9대 평가부문, 27개 하위평가항목, 159개 세부평가지표 및 50개 핵심가치지표(Core Value Indicators, CVIs)로 구성된다.

 

The SEC Indicator System consists of 9 Evaluation Domains, 27 Evaluation Pillars, 159 Detailed Evaluation Indicators, and 50 Core Value Indicators (CVIs).

 

50개 핵심가치지표(CVIs)는 159개 세부평가지표와 별도로 추가되는 지표가 아니라, 책임경영의 핵심가치와 주요 평가요소를 평가결과에 실질적으로 반영하기 위하여 159개 세부평가지표 가운데 선정된 핵심지표이다.

 

The 50 Core Value Indicators (CVIs) are not additional indicators separate from the 159 Detailed Evaluation Indicators. They are core indicators selected from among the 159 Detailed Evaluation Indicators to substantively reflect the core values and key evaluation elements of Responsible Management in evaluation results.

 

각 평가부문과 하위평가항목, 세부평가지표 및 핵심가치지표의 구체적인 구조와 적용에 관한 사항은 「평가체계」에서 제시한다.

 

The detailed structure and application of the Evaluation Domains, Evaluation Pillars, Detailed Evaluation Indicators, and Core Value Indicators are presented under the “Evaluation Framework” section.

 

 

 

Ⅳ. 평가체계를 통한 책임경영 평가

IV. Responsible Management Evaluation through the Evaluation Framework

 

 

SEC는 SEC 평가방법론과 SEC 평가체계를 바탕으로 기업·공공기관 및 기타 조직의 책임경영을 평가한다.

 

SEC evaluates the Responsible Management of corporations, public institutions, and other organizations based on the SEC Evaluation Methodology and SEC Evaluation Framework.

 

평가에서는 조직의 현재 성과뿐만 아니라 지속가능한 발전을 위한 역량, 미래변화에 대한 대응, 책임 있는 가치창출, 혁신역량 및 지속적인 개선 등을 종합적으로 분석한다.

 

The evaluation comprehensively analyzes not only current organizational performance but also capabilities for Sustainable Development, responses to future change, responsible value creation, Innovation Capability, and continuous improvement.

 

이 과정에서 평가대상의 유형·규모·기능·사업특성·운영환경과 해당 지표의 실질적 관련성 및 적용가능성을 고려하여 세부평가지표를 적용한다.

 

In this process, Detailed Evaluation Indicators are applied in consideration of the type, size, functions, operational characteristics, and operating environment of the evaluation subject, as well as the substantive relevance and applicability of each indicator.

 

 

 

Ⅴ. 평가결과와 WFSRI의 산출

V. Evaluation Results and Derivation of the WFSRI

 

 

SEC 평가방법론과 SEC 평가체계를 통해 도출된 개별 평가결과는 책임경영의 다양한 요소와 성과를 반영한다. WFSRI는 이러한 평가결과를 종합하여 조직의 책임경영을 하나의 종합적인 관점에서 나타낸다.

 

Individual evaluation results derived through the SEC Evaluation Methodology and SEC Evaluation Framework reflect diverse elements and performance of Responsible Management. The WFSRI integrates these evaluation results to present organizational Responsible Management from a comprehensive perspective.

 

따라서 WFSRI의 산출은 개별 평가지표를 단순히 합산하는 과정이 아니라, SEC 평가방법론과 SEC 평가체계에 따라 도출된 책임경영 평가결과를 종합적으로 반영하는 과정이다.

 

Accordingly, deriving the WFSRI is not a process of simply adding individual Evaluation Indicators, but a process of comprehensively reflecting Responsible Management evaluation results derived in accordance with the SEC Evaluation Methodology and SEC Evaluation Framework.

 

이를 통해 WFSRI는 조직의 책임경영 수준과 지속가능성, 장기적인 가치창출 및 미래변화에 대한 대응역량을 종합적으로 살펴볼 수 있는 평가정보를 제공한다.

 

Through this process, the WFSRI provides evaluation information for comprehensively examining an organization’s level of Responsible Management, Sustainability, long-term value creation, and capabilities for responding to future change.

 

 

 

Ⅵ. WFSRI와 SEC 평가체계의 연결

VI. Connection between the WFSRI and the SEC Evaluation Framework

 

 

WFSRI와 SEC 평가체계는 서로 동일한 개념이지만 분리되어 있는 것도 아니다. WFSRI는 책임경영 평가의 철학적·이론적 기반과 종합평가지수로서의 역할을 가지며, SEC 평가방법론과 SEC 평가체계는 이러한 연구성과와 평가철학을 실제 평가에 구현하는 수단이다.

 

The WFSRI and the SEC Evaluation Framework are not identical concepts, but neither are they disconnected. The WFSRI provides the philosophical and theoretical foundation for Responsible Management evaluation and serves as a Comprehensive Evaluation Index, while the SEC Evaluation Methodology and SEC Evaluation Framework provide the means through which these research outcomes and Evaluation Philosophy are implemented in actual evaluation.

 

SEC는 이러한 연결을 통해 WFSRI의 연구성과와 평가철학을 실제 책임경영 평가에 적용하고, 그 평가결과를 종합하여 WFSRI를 산출한다.

 

Through this connection, SEC applies the WFSRI research outcomes and Evaluation Philosophy to actual Responsible Management evaluation and integrates the resulting evaluation outcomes to derive the WFSRI.

 

이러한 평가구조를 구성하는 9대 평가부문, 27개 하위평가항목, 159개 세부평가지표와 50개 핵심가치지표(CVIs), 그리고 이를 실제 평가에 적용하는 방법과 원칙은 다음 대메뉴인 「평가체계」에서 구체적으로 제시한다.

 

The 9 Evaluation Domains, 27 Evaluation Pillars, 159 Detailed Evaluation Indicators, and 50 Core Value Indicators (CVIs) that constitute this evaluation structure, together with the methods and principles governing their application in actual evaluation, are presented in detail under the next main section, “Evaluation Framework.”
